- You will have a private single bedroom and receive three meals a day.
- All host families are registered with the police and vetted by NZEAS. Most students find the experience of living with a host family enriching and worthwhile. If you encounter any difficulties adjusting to life in New Zealand, your host family and schoolteachers are available to support you.
- Besides the host family arranged by the school, you can either get in touch with a host family directly or choose to rent a house on your own.
- If you are under 18 years old, the school is responsible for arranging your host family and appointing a guardian.
We provide the Student Visa application service for IGQ students before or after they arrived at New Zealand. To be eligible for a student visa the ’ll need to study full time. Contact us for more information on this service.
It’s compulsory for all IGQ students to hold current travel and medical insurance cover while studying with us. If you’d like help organizing your insurance, we can arrange a suitable policy for you through our preferred insurance providers.
